He received his Bachelor of Music (Hons) at the Royal College of Music (supported by the Charles Branchini Award) in London, under the tutelage of Justin Lavender. He is currently pursuing a Master of Performance at the Royal College of Music, under the continued tutelage of Justin Lavender. He is a Mason Scholar. 

Daniel has studied internationally, joining the Saluzzo Opera Academy for their 2021 Opera Festival; He debuted as Oronte in their production of Händel's Alcina, directed by José Darío Jannella, alongside performances in the Scuola Di Alto Perfezionamento Musicale and taking part in various masterclasses given by Mark Sampson and Nathaniel LaNasa.

Oratorio work includes Händel's The Messiah, Händel’s Dixit Dominus, Stainer’s The Crucifixion, Haydn’s The Creation, Schütz’ Weihnachtshistorie, and Mozart's Requiem in D minor.

Daniel was part of the National Gilbert and Sullivan Opera Company ensemble for their 2019 tour, performing The Pirates of Penzance, The Mikado, The Yeoman of the Guard and the role of Francesco in The Gondoliers. Daniel has also performed in the chorus of productions with the Royal College of Music International Opera Studio, including Offenbach’s Robinson Crusoe and most recently Haydn’s comic opera Il mondo della luna.

Upcoming performances include Erster geharnischter Mann/Zweiter Priester in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte with the Royal College of Music International Opera Studio, and Lensky in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin with Bath Opera.
